We are looking for consultants and senior consultants to support our growing Strategy, Design and Performance practice. This is an opportunity for a motivated individual to work with and learn from highly experienced practitioners from a range of related fields, on challenging and rewarding jobs.
The types of work you will be involved in includes:
- Operating model and service design
- Organisational improvement and change
- Strategy development and business planning
- Strategic analysis and decision making support
- Performance frameworks and monitoring
- Outcome intervention logic models
- Organisational performance and review
- Work force analysis and review
- Employment relations and collective bargaining.
